The Zamsort Limited (“Zamsort”) Kalaba Project is an exploration and development initiative located approximately 900 km northwest of Lusaka, Zambia's capital. At Zamsort’s request, Caracle Creek Consulting Ltd (“CCIC”) prepared a resource estimate report for the Kalaba Deposit, dated 13th July 2021. This report details the parameters and methodologies employed in developing the resource estimate and the accompanying Mineral Resource Statement. Currently, the resource statement is being updated by Caracle Creek Canada to align with NI 43-101 standards.
